Q1. I want to know everything about safaris you offer.
A.
We have different types of Safaris. Such include the following:-

Beach Safaris

Special Safaris
These are popularly known by passengers as the cheapest Safaris.

Missionary Safaris
They are offered to passengers who have proof of relevant religion.

Children discounted Safaris
- All airlines offer these kind of Safaris depending on their ages, for example;-
- Infants -2 years pay 10% of Adult fare
- 2years - 12years - pay from 50%-75% of adult fare.

Group Safaris
- They are also available on request provided the passengers are at least 15 in number
.
Student Safaris
- Accorded to persons from school age to 35 years of age who have proof of    school/college documents. This age bracket varies from airline to airline.

Back to front Safaris
- We are also glad to inform you that we have special inbound travel arrangements where each Airline has unique, offers, which are available upon request
· Incentive Safaris for firms and institutions
- These are offered to clients who pay at least a month in advance.

Q2. What is the cheapest fare to my destination?
Ans. The cheapest fare to us means time and money; this of course depends on the Airline chosen, the routing, time spent on the journey, the seat availability in the booking class of travel and season (time of travel of the year).

Q3. What are the requirements of obtaining a Kenyan Passport?
Ans: One needs:-

a) To fill an application form acquired form immigration office. 2 surities and 2 witnesses must sign this form.
b) 3 colored passport size photographs, which should be attached on the application forms.
c) Original birth certificate.
d) Original Identity card.
e) Letter indicating purpose of passport procurement.

Q4. What are the requirements for a VISA?
Ans: To get a VISA to any country especially for 1st timers;-

- Valid passport at least 6 months after return of journey.
- 1-3 passport size photos depending on each foreign country's embassy
- A document for purpose of visit to that country
- Proof of financial creditability
- Strong family ties

Q5. What types of accommodation facilities are found in my destination?, Kenya and east Africa?
Ans:- Hotel accommodation - Guest houses - Youth hostels - Lodges - Inns - Motels
- Resorts - Home stays - Institutions

Q6. What measures are taken to accommodate the handicapped and the unaccompanied minors and what special facilities are given?
Ans: There are facilities for the handicapped provided the carrier is made aware in advance by stating the degree and type of disability. This includes the extend of handicaptsy; type of meal plan, special health arrangements and as for the minors, the carrier arranges for escort though sometimes at a fee.

Q7. I am a Kenyan citizen living abroad and would like to come home to visit taking my family on a safari. Are there discounts for Kenyan citizens and residents?
Ans: Yes- All park entrance fees, safari lodge and hotels e.t.c have discounted rates for this as well as students by giving special inbound travel arrangements, where each airline has unique offers, which are available upon request.

Q8. What happens when there's no flight on my desired date of travel?
Ans: Should there be no flights on your desired/requested dates, then we give you the next available either earlier of later provided you give us the alternative range.

Q9. If while on journey my luggage is damaged or lost, or lost and found damaged, who is responsible?
Ans:
The carrier is responsible and the degree of compensation varies from carrier to carrier.

Q10. Supposing while traveling, my carrier is delayed or develops technical problems causing me unexpected stays (including overnights), who is responsible for these related costs?

Q11. What entertainment facilities do you have for visitors in Kenya and E. Africa?
Ans: There are casinos, discotheques, carbarens (strip-teezers), theatres, cinemas (movie shows), Christian church choirs (open air) among others in major cities.

Q12. What type of local transportation means do you have?
Ans:
We have:- plenty of means of local transportation.
- Air transport- Road - Buses, Bicycles(popularly known as boarder boarder)- Cars, carts both hand driven & animal driven- Donkeys- Matatu (mini-buses)-Tuk-tuk (scooters) - Rail - Trains - Water - Boats - Rafts - Dhows

Q13. What attactions are in East Africa
a) East Africa
has a lot of attractions to offer and African Hartebeest Safaris is your better option for this. Due to its diversified topography, this is a land of contrast ranging from the snow-capped Mt. Kenya in Kenya and Kilimanjaro in Tanzania. There is an opportunity for you to conquer these highest mountains in Africa with a height of 19,340 feet with various extinct volcanoes, trek through rainforests, meadow, moorlands and high altitude alpine deserts.

b) Wildlife
Its only in this region that you find over 5000 species of mammals and over 10,000 of birds. One experiences the thrill of sighting the Big Five-Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Rhino and Buffalo, vast herds of wildebeest and Zebra migrating across the Masai Mara. Crocodiles, long-necked gerenuk, Gravy's Zebra and reticulated giraffe, the elusive bongo, giant forest hog, black leopard and colobus monkey the dik-diks, reedbucks, duikers, grante and Thompson gazelles, Maasai giraffe, hippos, warthogs bat-eared foxes. There are also millions of strong flocks of flamingos, Cranes and other multitudes of bird life which keep on migrating from Europe to the region in March to May flooding National Parks and reserves with beauty that can't be ignored.

c) Physical attractions range form the Great Rift Valley, rivers, lakes, the Crying Stone, falls like the Thompson and fourteen falls in Kenya, the historic sites like Gedi runs, Fort Jesus, Olduvai Gorge, Ollugesaille, Human reards of Vasco da gama and other marine National Parks, Museums, sandy beaches, the pleasant weather conditions-conducive throughout the year.

d) Cultural attractions
